The XVII Triple Helix International Conference came to Cape Town on 9 – 11 September and gathered academics, researchers, students, policymakers and practitioners from around the world, to engage and share in their research and practical application of the Triple Helix model. This year’s discussions explored the concept of the Entrepreneurial University, the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its implications, and how to re-invent African Development.
