The Africalics workshop on  Innovation and Development initiated by Globelics and later  used in Africa. The moderator was Dr. Ann and the presenters were Prof. Lundvall, Dr. Bitrina and Prof. Mammo Muchie who also did the final closing feedback on how to transform Innovation and Development into  Innovation and Sustainable Development.
